A weekend getaway to Vail is the perfect time to let loose. After a day on the slopes, treat yourself to some late night fun! Return your rental ski/board equipment to American Ski Exchange and head out for a night on the town! Below is a list of our favorite late night places:

Sit out on the deck of the Solaris next to a fire pit. Overlook the Solaris ice-skating rink and drink a delectable, award-winning, hand-crafted beer. From hoppy to fruity, they will have the IPA for you! Some of our favorites include the Hot Mess Blonde Ale and the Gore Creek IPA. Don’t forget to try one of their seasonal IPAs! Whether it is a fun night out with friends or a romantic night for two, VBC is the perfect place for a unique and tasty beer!
2) Best Bowling: Bol

Best night activity for the whole family! Come eat a delicious meal in the swanky bowling alley located inside the Solaris Plaza. This is not your typical bowling alley food. Come enjoy Lamb Lollipops as an appetizer and a delicious flatbread for the main course. Our favorites include the Margherita Style Flatbread and the Rocket + Prosciutto Flatbread. If you plan on bowling, make reservations early! They tend to sell out. During the summer, they also offer free lawn games: cornhole, ping pong, and Connect4 in the plaza (which transforms into an ice-skating rink in the winter.)
3) Best Bar Games: The George Restaurant & Pub

Want a more low-key night? Get dinner, drinks, and treat yourself to a game of pool or darts. Another option is to slide into one of The George’s pub booths and watch the NFL game on one of their many TVs. It is also a great place to order Surf and Turf without breaking the bank. A local’s hangout for sure!
4) Best Live Music: Shakedown Bar

A favorite amongst locals, Shakedown offers great live music and dancing. Grab a drink at the bar and dance the night away. Shakedown is locally-owned also! Come listen to one of the house bands – which have featured members of JJ Grey and Mofro, Circles Around the Sun, Dopapod, Analog Son, Big Giganti, John Brown’s Body, and Coral Creek. It is sure to be a fun night with a group of friends!
5) Best Dance Club: Bridge Street Bar

Bridge Street Bar is unique in that it has one section with live music and a bar, and another section with a DJ and dance floor. Want to sit, chat, and listen to live music while drinking a beer? This is a good spot. In the past, they have had live acts such as: Scott Munns, Ted Hammock, Jonny Mogambo, and Brian Kittrell. Want to dance into the early morning to the newest hits in a nightclub? This is also the place for you! Dance the night away with glow sticks to the music of the best DJs in the valley.
